HORSERIDING IN THE TUSCAN COUNTRYSIDE

Enjoy the experience of viewing beautiful Tuscany on horse back.On arrival our guests will be asked to fill our insurance policy with their personal details and will be provided with riding helmets followed by a riding and safety explanation.Our guides will lead you along one of our many trails, chosen according to the weather conditions. The excursion starts and return to our stablesThe ride is conducted at a gentle walk which lasts for an hour and a half including the safety explanation, mounting and pre-ride practice. 

 Experience a magical ride through vineyards, olivegroves, fields and charming farmhouse typical of our tuscany panorama.
On arrival our guests will be asked to fill our insurance policy with their personal details and will be provided with riding helmets followed by a riding and safety explanation.
Our guides will then help each guest mount and will lead the group in a short practie on the premises to familiarize with the horse before leading the group out.
The ride is conducted at a gentle walk which lasts for an hour and a half (including the safety explanation, mounting and pre-ride practice) and will finish in the grounds of the historical villa Torre a Cona.
A three minute walk takes you to the wine musium and cellar where the sommelier explains the process of wine making from the vine to the bottle.
The tour will concludes in the ancient granary of the Villa with a wine tasting of four different wines produced by Torre a Cona accompanied by a dish of local cheeses.
Our van will then accompany you back to our stable.

RANCH LIFE WITH HORSES AND CATTLE

This unique experience revolves around the traditional use of horses in cattle farms. The guest on arriving at the stable will sign for insurance and be provided with a helmet. The experience starts with learning how to groom and saddle the horse, followed by practicing basic manouvers on horseback taught by the instructor. The final part of the experience is riding out with the instructor to check both the herd and the fencing oround the meadows where our hear is grazing. Duration: about 2 and a half hours.  Since this activity is will take place inside the property, it is open to kids from 10 years - taller then 1.50mt (4.92 feet)
